Hostel Facilities at Vooruitsig Junior Secondary School

Design and installation of Mechanical and Electrical services for the new hostel facility’s buildings which consisted of six dormitories, superintendent’s and chief matrons’ houses, service block, dining hall and kitchen. These services included internal potable water, fire protection, thermal (solar) water heating, air-conditioning & ventilation, refrigeration, LPG, kitchen equipment, diesel generator and electrical reticulations.

• Preliminary designs and estimates of all Mechanical and Electrical works
• Design of all Mechanical and Electrical works
• Contract documentation and procurement
• Construction supervision
