Lithon Foundation is registered as a Section 21 Company and Welfare Organisation with the Ministry of Health and Social Services.

Lithon Foundation’s strategy is to support, guide and strengthen individuals and organisations (Receivers) that are already making a difference in the lives of people and communities, in order to help multiply their influence.
We further network with and create a platform for interaction between likeminded people and organisations (Givers) through which we impact and uplift our community.
We connect these Givers and Receivers to each other, mobilising, synchronising and focussing resources to make a significant and positive impact in Namibia.

People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.

We identify and support individuals, organisations and projects that are making a difference in the lives of people and communities through mentorship and leadership by connecting and providing opportunities.

You may give without loving, but you can never love without giving.

We secure sustainable local and international funding in order to meet the needs of identified projects. We also keep individuals and organisations accountable by ensuring that allocated funds are spent in a responsible manner, while helping to implement and maintain sound company governance.

If you light a lamp for someone, it will also brighten your own path.

We guide, support, assist and motivate identified individuals and organisations through funding, mentorship and leadership on an administrative, financial and management level.
