Development of 100 plots allocated in the middle to affordable income housing bracket. Starting off with phase 1 consisting of 36 plots. plots ranging in size from 330 m2 – 591 m2  House types ranging from 1 Bedroom House to 4 Bedroom and a Double storey 3 Bedroom House.

  2. Municipality retains ownership of the plots
  3. Marketing and selling the development as “plot-and-plan”

  5. Supplying of Building Material
  6. Contractor provides labour only
