Jan Jonker mixed-use development

Design and construction of a new five story mixed-use building, which included offices and residential units. Construction progressed to the final structural stage, which included bulk earth works, foundations and reinforced concrete works. Design of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical services were completed. These services included sewer, storm water, potable water, fire protection, detection & sprinkler system, air-conditioning & ventilation, access control, cctv, alarm system and electrical reticulations.
